The hotel is excellently located, right in the heart of the village and just a few meters away from the free ski bus. Plus, it's close to various bars, restaurants, and even a supermarket. Perfect for accessing the ski areas and exploring the surroundings.

No negative aspects mentioned - all was fine with the hotel.

The room was clean but a little bit cold. Breakfast was very poor, no vegetables or fruits. Staff was kind and helpful.

We found the hotel difficult because gps coordinates and the hotel's address weren't correct. But in the town everybody was very helpful and helped us to find it.

This hotel is great value for money, especially considering its fantastic location close to the ski area. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms have fantastic balconies with views. The breakfast offers a variety of options to suit all tastes.

Additionally, this hotel is situated near the ski slopes, which made it very convenient for us to enjoy some winter sports.

Hotel Monzoni was really great! The price was very good for a three star hotel in Pozza di Fassa, located on the main road, close to the center. We had a really good time, the staff was really great and the room was wonderful. I will definitely stay there again if I'm ever back in Pozza !

Great views of the mountains from the hotel. Nice to wake up to such a view every day. the spa was a nice place to relax, especially during the evening. It was also great to have a location that was close to several hiking trails.

The room was outdated and uncomfortable to stay in. the bed was old and sagged in the middle and the bathroom was small and outdated.

We were at hotel Monzoni from 1st till 7th of march 2012. It is very nice hotel: breakfast was not very diverse, but there were more, than enough food. We were really surprised about staff there, it's very frendly and funny. the sauna in this hotel is rather big, with swimming pool (clean).

For us there was just 1 minus - dinner wasnt very tasty, but it was ery-very cheap.

Good service by the staff , very understandable since I had to leave early due to the bus schedule not matching my flight , they did not charge for one night that I booked and I was able to leave one night before.

Poor heating (it was very cold even after turning termastat to max); complicated internal logistics (many turns and steps to reach the rooms in the annex building); relatively poor breakfast; very many seniors (which is not fun for younger people).

Dinners there were excellent. No need to go somewhere else. Personal is very friendly. Skibus stop is right near the hotel.

Sauna facilities are a little bit shabby
